Experience in general :

Concepts, re-engineering, optimization of food products packaging ( mod. atmosphere, vacuum, aseptic ) and filling systems for milk, yoghurt, water, juice, fresh meats and chese incl. packaging material with various plastic applications and metal forming, converting, tooling, and devices. Optimizing packaging cost and logistics.

Plastic materials for packaging applications :

Knowledge and application of plastic injection, multilayer films and foam with appropriate barriers foil coatings, shrink bags, pouches, plastic foam cup's, stretch blow molding, thermoforming, tooling and welding applications ( induction, ultrasound, laser and flames )

We support you :

Consultation and acquisation, project management, calculation, machine development ( 3D tool available ) and inox steel construction. Detecting weak points in filling and sealing process of food and chemical systems, organize and implement new solutions, automation incl. handling equipment, re-engineering, mechanical engineering and supplier inquiries.

Prefered tasks :

Analysis the weaknesses of the equipment processes.

Optimizing development, production and machine construction costs for food and chemical filling and packaging equipment.

New developing complete systems, including prototype commissioning.
